Here’s a truth I don’t think we talk about enough:
Leadership is lonely.
Being a business owner is lonely.
You can try to talk to your partner about the emotional weight you feel from being a service-provider in a world that is so heavy right now, but they just don’t get it.
You can try to talk to your friends about what’s going on in your business, but they don’t get it either.
You can try to talk to your team, but you’re here to lead them first, not be their friend.
Who are you relying on to feel supported and resourced?
Who is holding you, while you hold everyone else?
Who can you bring challenges to and be perfectly candid about what’s really going on behind the scenes?
Who is in your corner, standing for you, and pointing out when you’re not showing up as your most potent and powerful self?
Who understands that sometimes, you just need a place to fall apart and be witnessed? And at other times, you need someone to bounce ideas off of and pinpoint a strategy that feels authentic and soul-aligned?
Who is this person for you?
If you are missing this person in your life—if you are craving to be held; to have someone you can talk to about anything and everything going on in your business, or anything that is impacting your business personally [because it’s all connected]…
I am here to stand for you.
I am here to be your mirror.
I am here to hold you.
