Have you ever wondered what’s possible when you receive coaching based on your human design chart?
Lean in because I’m about to share my client journey with Dareen, a 4/6 splenic human design projector.
When Dareen and I decided to work together earlier this year, she was in a job that was dragging her down. One of her major goals was to leave her current company and land a new role that was more aligned with her values.
Here’s how our journey went:
💟 DAREEN IS A HUMAN DESIGN PROJECTOR
From the start, it became clear that Dareen was not feeling seen or recognized in her current position. With a lack of appreciation and invitations to share her gifts, she was showing up to work from her not-self theme of bitterness and feeling drained and sluggish.
It also became clear that Dareen was not seeing or recognizing herself, which is an essential nutrient for the success of a human design projector.
💟 DAREEN HAS AN UNDEFINED IDENTITY CENTER
What was holding Dareen back from recognizing her brilliance?
For most of her career, Dareen has been placing immense pressure on herself to pursue a professional specialization. Without expertise in one technical skillset, she felt like her contribution wasn’t as valuable as it could be.
The thing is, Dareen isn’t designed to have ONE path in life. She isn’t designed to be known for one particular thing. When I shared this with her, her body visibly relaxed and over time, she was able to let go of the pressure.
💟 DAREEN HAS A 4/6 PROFILE
To help Dareen tap into self-recognition and become more magnetic to potential job opportunities, I asked her what comes most naturally to her. Her immediate answer was relationships.
Over the years, Dareen has built up a large and powerful network. With a 4/6 profile, she is adept at sensing what people need and how to connect them with the right resources.
After learning about her profile, Dareen was able to own that building relationships IS her expertise. It’s a valuable skill set that spans across different roles and industries. Coupled with her natural human design projector people wisdom, Dareen is a powerful people-person. This boosted her confidence and sparked energy to serve clients in her current role while waiting for an invitation to the next opportunity.
💟 UNDEFINED IDENTITY CENTER CONTINUED
When taking a look at her past work history, we noticed that every time Dareen started a new job, she would relate to it as the key to happiness. She would start with gusto, but as challenges with bosses cropped up, her excitement would fade and she would feel bitter and disappointed.
Eventually, the work environment would no longer feel healthy and she would search for the next job to make her happy.
With an undefined identity center, it’s natural for Dareen to cycle through different places and people, depending on how they feel. Part of our work was helping Dareen accept this cycle without making it wrong, while another part was helping her to take responsibility in the places where she was giving her power away.
💟 DAREEN HAS AN UNDEFINED EMOTIONAL CENTER
One of the stickiest parts of Dareen’s cycle was when things got tough at work. Instead of sharing her truth or advocating for her needs, she would brush disappointments under the rug, leading to resentment.
To shift this, we talked about starting a job from a blank slate. Without attaching sky high expectations to a role, Dareen will be able to observe things for what they are, instead of what she hoped they would be. This will help her address challenges in the moment, bring forward disappointments as they occur, and build trust and fulfillment in a job over time rather than expecting it to save her.
So what was the outcome of our journey together?!
I’m happy to report that Dareen DID leave her job and she secured a new role in a new company. Dareen was even hired over other applicants, who were highly qualified technical experts, because of her people skills.
This is the power of a self-recognized human design projector!
Here’s what Dareen had to say:
“Throughout our sessions, I learned that my power does not lie in anything or anyone outside of me and it’s okay to ride the cycles of life and make the best out of them.
I’m not going into this new job thinking that it will turn my life around like I used to. I’m entering it with conscious intention, grounded energy, and a healthy dose of skepticism. This job doesn’t have the power to make me happy. Only I do. And now, I have the confidence to ask the right questions, set expectations, and be clear on what I need from my boss and team.
Working with Kayla and understanding my human design was significant in shifting my vibration and ultimately attracting new opportunities! I always looked forward to the sessions because the sense of clarity they gave me helped propel me forward.”
As you can see, Dareen is now tapped into her human design projector signature theme of success ✨
