When you’re presented with a challenge as a business owner, the hardest part is not knowing what’s going to happen or how it’s all going to work out.
You can’t see the future.
Or if the dots are going to connect.
When this happens, your mind goes into overdrive.
—am I going to be okay?
—is that sale going to come through?
—will I have to go back to my dreadful, soul-sucking job?
With all of this mind chatter, how is it possible to stress less and trust more in your business?
Here’s the thing:
Over the past nine years that I’ve been an entrepreneur, I’ve found that the dots ALWAYS connect.
Miracles happen.
Support rushes in.
I figure it out.
And so what I’ve realized is that all of that internal struggle—the crippling fear, anxiety, panic, worry, doubt—is actually optional.
If the dots always connect and we’re always supported and the worst case scenario never ends up coming true, then struggle is a choice.
The more evidence we have to support this, the more we can lean back, let go, and trust.
So, take a minute to think back on your past business challenges and their outcomes—have things worked out, have miracles happened, has support rushed in, have you figured it out?
If you have, keep these experiences close and lean into the knowing that when you meet a new obstacle, it’s all going to work out 🤍
