A New Way of Doing Business is Calling 🐚

It’s hard to believe it’s been six weeks since I actively marketed my business.

No networking.
No emails.
No social media.

I’ve been in a quiet season of contemplation.

And it’s felt so good to sink into my life.
To unplug from the noise and let my channel run clear.
To focus wholeheartedly on pulling potent medicine from, and for, my clients.

I finally feel ready to return.

But not from the same place—from somewhere new and old; from somewhere remembered.

When I traveled to Massachusetts to visit my family and meet my baby nephew in April, I didn’t plan on pressing pause in my business, but that’s what wanted to happen.

When I returned to Sayulita, I still wasn’t ready to come back.

I realized, with alarming clarity, that I didn’t miss marketing my business. There was no pulse of excitement; no pull to show up and share my magic.

I was burnt out.

I needed rest and stillness, and so I gave myself the gift of quiet non-action.

While it was extremely uncomfortable to tread water at the low end of my emotional wave, eventually, a shimmer of inspiration emerged.

And a new way—a remembered way—tugged at my heart.

Over the past nine months, I have slowly and unintentionally siphoned soul from strategy, intuition from systems, and aliveness from structure. I lost my natural way in the name of becoming better and more strategic at marketing.

Let me be clear: There is nothing wrong with applying strategy, systems, and structure to your business.

But when they begin to water down who you truly are—when they put you in a box you never wanted to be in—they drain the very essence that makes you [and your brand] so potent.

That’s not a world I want to play in.

And I’m constantly getting lost to remember this again and again.

In this next season of sharing my soul work, I’m leaving behind the noise of what I thought I needed and rooting into the truth that wants to be met in the moment.

The truth:

I’m craving intimacy and realness in my business;
I’m craving depth, not width;
I’m craving less-is-more; quiet, but potent; community care and connection.

What this looks like in real time:

🪄 I’m bringing back soulful shares + insightful stories.

I only want to share when I have something to say. No more forcing creativity to show up on a schedule. It’s time to give SEO and “strategic content” a rest.

🪄 I’m cozying up with my network and email list more than social media.

While I genuinely enjoying creating a beautiful Instagram feed, I spend way too much time scrolling and pressuring myself to post. I want to funnel my life force into nurturing relationships with people who have raised their hands to hear from me.

The SUSTAINABILITY SESSIONS are a brand new, never-been-done-before community offering for service-based business owners who desire a more grounded way to grow their business.

While I love a good online networking event, I’ve been craving a container with more depth and soul.
