The Art of Transformation: How to Move Beyond Plateaus & Feeling Stuck

Create, Reinvent

Every week, you bring something different to me, but it always ends up being the same.

There comes a point where we dance around the same conversation, over and over again. And while other Coaches would feel like they’ve failed you, I know we’re just getting started. I’m happy to be here with you—to witness you—because when it looks like nothing’s happening, everything is actually happening.

More time goes by and even you begin to notice that wherever we start, we always end up at the same place. It’s the road you don’t want to walk down. It’s the door you don’t want to knock on. It’s the place you know you want to go to and just the same, the place you don’t want to.

Your work has hit a plateau and I’m happy to stay here with you as long as we need to.
It’s not up to me to decide for you.

But what I will do is keep pointing to it.
What I will do is mirror the fear that stops you and ask what it’s costing you.
What I will do is put you at choice. I might prod you a bit. I might invite you to take on a challenge, but you always have a choice.

The thing with fear is that it’s never going away.
It’s as much a part of you as the brown is to your eyes, as your limbs are to your body.

We could talk about it, but what’s the point? Fear is never going away and neither is your choice to take action {or not} in the face of it.

This is where you are and so this is where we’ll stay.

Until the day you come to me, with a smile as bright as the sun and a celebration as big as the world—you did it, you breathe. You did the scary thing! You skipped along the road. You knocked down the door!

And so we celebrate!
And you realize the possibility you opened up. And you realize the plateau was exactly what instigated the growth. You had to get tired of your stuff. You had to get tired of the fear. You had to get tired of doing the same thing, with dead hope for something different.

Our conversations shift. The landscape starts to look different. We uncover new roads and doors. And bit by bit, you create what previously felt impossible.

You change.
Your results change.
Your life changes.

THIS is the art of transformation.
And this is what’s available to you, if you choose it <3

With light, love, and celebration,
-Kayla
